Yes. We’re not limited to one particular brand of furniture manufacturer.

Nathan from Flat Pack Somerset has all kinds of experience in assembling furniture from the many hundreds of retailers and manufacturers.

If you’ve bought a flat pack item and aren’t sure whether we can assemble it, just get in touch and tell us what you’ve purchased (please feel free to send us a weblink on the item). We’ll happy to discuss the furniture and the assembly required.

  1. What happens if my flat pack furniture is missing a part?

If you discover that a box or component is missing, the best thing to do is contact the retailer or manufacturer before assembly begins. They will normally be able to advise you about obtaining the missing item(s).

If we discover a missing part during the assembly of your furniture, we’ll let you know rather than attempting to improvise a replacement that may not be suitable. However, many kits do come with spare fixings, such as screws and dowels. We also carry some spares which is sometimes helpful.

Our aim is to assemble your furniture correctly, safely and using the manufacturer’s supplied components and instructions.
